The Consular-Class starship passed through hyperspace with ease. Aboard, the Dark Lord, his Apostles and his Guest all prepared for their next stop. Having found a second Amulet, Ilanah confirmed that the next Nexus spot would be located on Dxun, the moon of Onderon.

Kal had made his way to the bridge of the ship just as it dropped out of hyperspace. The pull of the moon started to have an effect on the ship as it approached. The autopilot took the ship down to the surface, nearly a thousand yards off from the Tomb of a former Sith Lord. That was where they would find what they were looking for. Kal turned, heading from the bridge to find Ilanah. She would be going with them all. There wouldn't be a separation of the party this time. Everything that they were looking for was all located deep within the Sith Lord's Tomb.

She was unsure about going into this tomb, that much was obvious to anyone who could remotely sense her feelings. Her emotions, aside from that, were rather mixed because of several things; the amulet was rambling to her, she was trying to concentrate on the journal and finish the translation that Kal would need, and she was rattled that Jae'den was no where in sight. Ilanah had no idea that Kal had sent Jae'den on a mission.

Ilanah was sitting on a case in the cargo bay when he would find her. The journal was open in her lap and she was writing on her datapad the translation. It was simple, if he would follow the directions her father had given. None of them would likely survive it otherwise. It seems that the tomb would be full of traps, as well as challenges to those that could wield the Force.

When he would enter, she would glance up at him and only meet his gaze for a moment before she re-focused on the journal.

As Kal would come upon the door to the Landing Bay, it would slide slowly open, revealing Ilanah focused on the journal. There was no doubt in his mind that the two Amulets were in her bag. He smirked a little. He was impressed with her resilience. Behind him, Bruse, Yeall, Amaya and Korel followed him in. Bruse had the hardest time squeezing through the door way, but was able to make it. He hated the ship, with it being smaller than he would like. Kal turned and gave them all a nod, and received a confirming nod. Kal turned back to Ilanah, "We are all to stick together. This should be rather quick compared to Ambria. Let's get in and get out. The Jedi will more than likely start to pick up on what we've got going on and begin sending out their Knights to investigate our activities..." As he finished, the landing ramp began to lower. Bruse was the first out, followed by Yeall, Amaya and Korel. Kal gestured for Ilanah to go first before he would follow and close up the ship.

She looked up at him and frowned a little when she noticed that yet again Jead'en was not there. "This won't be easy...." She murmured to him as she kept only a step ahead of him. 'That brute up front will need to stay outside of the tomb and keep watch....I am pretty sure he won't fit if he barely made it through that door." It wasn't a cruel comment, just honesty.

"I don't know that they should go with you either....all of them....into the depths of the tomb. What is there is for you only...." Ilanah said softly so that the others would not hear. "For us...only." She corrected as she glanced up at the Sith next to her.

Kal laughed a bit as he looked at Bruse as Ilanah made a comment about the size of him. He knew it was true, and would make sure that he would stay outside as a watch with the others. He nodded to her, "Then you and I will enter the tomb while the others wait out here, keeping an eye out." He took a few steps towards the Tomb before turning back to her, "Shall we begin?" He would turn back and begin up the steps to the entrance of the Sith Lord's Tomb. He had no idea what would lie within for the two of them. It worried him a little not knowing what there was inside.

As he walked up to the entrance, he could feel the presence of the Dark Side and it was strong. The lure of the power made him thirst for it as if it was a tasty meal waiting for him.

Ilanah looked up at him and took a deep breath before she took one last glance at the journal before she tucked it into her satchel. Her hesitation was quite clear and she was frightened. "I uhm....am going to have trouble. Don't leave me, ok?" she murmured to him. The Dark side was strong enough that it would cause hallucinations in one who could not handle or did not have the ability to handle that kind of power. "You'll need the key once inside the tomb to open the gateway to what you are seeking." Ilanah turned her gaze forward. Not to mention the traps that would be along the way.

After a moments hesitance, Ilanah would slip her smaller hand into his hand and squeeze his fingers lightly. The amulet was doing the guiding now.

Kal turned his head back a bit and nodded to her, "Not a problem, just stick close..." He would walk into the Tomb, the air was stale. Probably cause there hadn't been any kind of air flow within the place in years. He had a constant knowledge of where she was in relation to him. He would stop and face her, "Key? What key?"

(Sorry for the short post...)

She smacked right into him when he stopped and turned to face her, having stayed close. Lana looked up at him and blinked slowly in the dimly lit corridor. The only light was what was filtering through the entrance. "I'll show you when its time." She said simply before she moved around him, though it was a tight squeeze in the narrow corridor. "I have it, don't worry." She said before she stopped short in the hall. After a moments pause, she removed the cloak that covered her shoulders and held it before she tossed it ahead of her.

Before he would be able to blink, a sharp slicing sound pierced the darkness, followed by a series of dull thuds. Trap. When it happened, Lana had turned quickly to get herself further out of the way, and found herself running right back into Kal again. "Sorry..." The spears had been close enough that she felt the air movement of them across her back. "Fun times. there should only be a few more." She murmured with hesitance before she moved herself away from him and started forward again, this time having to navigate the sharp and pointies that were now embedded into the wall of the tomb corridor.

As they moved further, she went slower. The amulet was ringing louder in her ears, its whisperings were turning into a dull roar. Ilanah paused again and felt the ground with her foot before she found a rock and kicked it. There was no noise, only silence. "Light?" She asked the Sith behind her.

Kal laughed a little as she kept running into him. He found it amusing that she was that unaware of where he was in relation to her. Even though he wasn't one that would say this to her out loud just yet, he was impressed that she had researched all of this and was figuring it out on her own. There was something else that he wouldn't say just yet. It would come out eventually. He snapped back into it as she called for a light. His hand reached to his belt and grabbed his saber, igniting it. The crimson red blade would have lit the corridor up in a bright red, "There. If you need more, I've got another...." He held the blade out so that she would have enough light. He laughed a bit, "Just watch where your going...I would hate to accidentally slice off one of your pretty little hands..." He would wait for her to continue on down the corridor.

"I can't go anywhere." She said, once the saber was ignited. The reason that she hadn't heard even a noise from the rock she had kicked was because it had fallen into a chasm right in front of them that seemed to be endless. She was right on the edge of it and she backed up.

Lana looked a little pale and she frowned. "Can you get us across this?" She asked as she took care to keep her distance from the glowing red saber.

Kal tried to look over her shoulder to get a look at the chasm they had come to. Seeing what he could, he nodded to her, "I believe I can get us across. Here..." He would hand her the ignited saber and grab the other off of his belt. Once this one had been ignited, he tossed it out above the chasm and caught it there in the air. He began to float it over to the other side, providing him a reference on how far across it was. Once she would have taken hold of the saber's hilt, he would have slowly lifted her body into the air just several inches off of the ground and begin to float her across the chasm to safety on the other side. Once she was safely over there, he used the Force to recall the other saber he had sent over back to his hand. The blade deactivated. Having her over there, with the blade showing him where he needed to be, he took a few steps back before running towards the edge and leaping over the chasm to the other side, landing like it was nothing for him. He would give her a smirk, "Shall we continue?" He would hold his hand out for the saber as well as point down the corridor.

Ilanah took the saber and held it delicately, like it was about to gnaw her arm off. It could, really. What she didn't expect was the floating. She squeezed her eyes shut and tried not to freak out and finally was able to breathe again once her feet were on solid ground. He landed next to her noiselessly and she let him take the dangerous weapon away from her.

"Oh yes...." She moved on. Ilanah trailed her fingertips along the wall of the corridor as she walked. her nails scraped against the stone. They were very close. Close enough that Kal would feel the dark energy, and close enough that she was starting to get confused. So she started talking, but not to him.

"No....no I don't. Hush, you. I'm not telling him that." The amulet was nearly screaming now, and she was responding to it. "If he's here....." She nodded a little as the corridor widened and there were a few branches to choose from. "Two down...." She murmured. Her gaze turned to Kal and he would notice that she was starting to look tired. It was weighing on her. "Pick one. Choose the right one...Sith....or you'll die. Or I'll die." She said as she tilted her head a little. Of course she knew which one, but that was a part of his test. He would need to sense it.

He was starting to get a little worried. He knew that once they were in the vacinity of the Nexus, she would be affected greatly. He could hear her start to talk to herself. Kal started to keep a close eye on her as they continued. She would practically stop and turn to him and give him a choice of which way to go. It was a test for him. A test to prove that he was worthy finding what he came for. Of course there had to be a consequence if he would pick the incorrect one. Stepping past her, he focused his mind on which way to go. His head turned to each of the branches. Kal closed his eyes for a moment, focusing on the Dark Side energy that was radiating from the tomb. It was as if it was all around him. He wasn't truly able to figure out just which one would lead them to the source.

Minutes went by as his mind began to circle in on the source. His eyes snapped wide open and his hand came up, pointing to the one on the right, "This one...." He would turn back to her, waiting for the response. She knew which one it was, and hopefully would tell him if he was correct.

When he would turn around, Kal would find Ilanah sitting on the floor. She was just watching him and had already drawn an arrow towards his choice of tunnel in the dirt that covered the stone. "Good choice. Did you peek?" She asked as she held her hands up for him to help her up. If he would, she would struggle a little to get to her feet. Along with talking to her, the amulet was getting heavier.

Ilanah started moving down the corridor, slower than normal, and she rested her palm against the wall to support herself. At the end of the corridor there was a large open room. Torches lit themselves as they would walk in, like they knew someone was there. Along the walls were tables filled with items that were buried to help the soul of the deceased in the next world. And in the center of the chamber, there was a huge metal seal on the floor. It was ornate and beauiful and required a key to be placed in the center to open it. It just so happened that Ilanah had that key.

Slowly, she would remove the bag that had been over her shoulder and across her body, and she let it fall to the floor before she slipped the second amulet out of it.

As he turned around, he saw her sitting there on the ground with an arrow in front of her. He shook his head at her comment and grabbed her hand to help her up. He would allow her to lead him into the chamber. He took a second to look around, knowing that this was the place. He could feel the energy radiating from every single spot of the room. He would walk up to the metal seal, looking it up and down. His head would turn back to her, "The key? You said I would need a key..."
