She was an ordinary girl, working an ordinary job, on an ordinary day. There was nothing extraordinary about Ilanah Ilyone, not one thing. She was beautiful, yes, and intelligent, but that didn't much set her apart, or so she thought.

That day she stood at the docking bay of the museum, dressed in a long black silk skirt and tunic with flowing sleeves. Her already lithe form was cinched firmly with an olive green silk corset. She touseled her long black locks with her fingertips as she watched the workers unload the latest crates.

"Please, please be careful with those...." she would plead with them. The minimum wage workers could have likely cared less for the artifacts with in. That was her interest, the history of it all. Mostly in regards to the Core Worlds, but there were, of course, some things that piqued her interest that she had not studied much of. It wasn't looked well upon, after all.

Once they were finished and the transport departed, she stood there in the bay, looking at the large crates for several moments before she went back into the museum.

A dark figure crouched on top of a large stack of crates. His body would have been hidden from sight. He looked down, watching the men unload a bunch of crates into the warehouse. There was something he was here for. He had been trying to find the location of something that meant more than anything to him. He needed to find it. He waited till the men and the woman left the area. His cover would have come down as he jumped down to the floor. He took a second to look around to make sure that there was no one around. His hand would flick a little, which would make a crate top pop off and onto the ground without a sound. It had to have been ten to twenty crates that he had gone through in a matter of minutes. It was nowhere to be found. He was wondering if the information he had gotten was actually good. If it wasn't here, then where could it have been. Without hesitation, he continued to open up crates, searching for what he needed...

Ilanah hadn't seen the man in the docking bay as she supervised the unloading of the packages. One of the men had handed her a smaller parcel, about the size of a shoebox, which she took inside with her after they left and the docking bay door was secure.

She went to her office and sat the parcel on the desktop and sank into her leather office chair before she would undo the latches on the box and pull the top off. Inside, a smaller mahogany box was nestled amongst shredded paper. Carefully, she pulled it out and sat it on her desk before she put the crate it was in on the floor.

Of course the entire collection would be cataloged, but this was something that just shouldn't be left sitting until the crew could get to unpacking it all. To some, it would just be an old necklace, to her it was a piece that told a story of someones life, someones history. As Ilanah pulled it out of the box, she rested the jewel against her fingertips as she examined it. It was perfect, and beautiful.

Little did she know that someone was looking for it, and they had already gone through all of the other crates by then.

As he had gotten through another ten or so, he still hadn't found what he was looking for. Out of anger, he threw his hands up above his head, raising all of the crates around him into the air and slammed them out against all of the walls. The sound of the crates crashing into the walls could have been heard all around. The man moved his hands up to his hood and pulled it back, revealing his face. The man turned out to be the Dark Lord himself. He looked around, trying to figure out just where it could have been. He needed it, desperately. It was the only way that he could follow through with his plans.

Moments later, Ilanah heard the crash come from the docking bay. Security would arrive first of course, closely followed by her. The security guards all rushed in, weapons drawn, but they would be no match for a Sith Lord. In fact, some of them would fall back when the realized what he was.

When Ilanah entered the docking bay, she paled considerably. The place was a disaster and artifacts were strewn, shattered, across the permacrete floor. She didn't even notice the Sith, or the security guards that were scattering left and right.

Finally, she tore her gaze from the mangled crates and saw the man standing in the center of the room. "....Why?" It was the only question that she could form.

It could have been a dumb mistake by him to send the crates crashing all around, but he was furious that he couldn't find the artifact he was looking for. His head spun as he heard the sound of footsteps coming into the bay he was in. His hand reached out as his lightsaber flew out from under his cloak and into his right hand. There were guards that ran into the bay, and began to surround him as much as possible. A small smirk came to his face as they pointed their guns at him. Then, behind them a woman came in. His eyes focused on her as he face went nearly pale white. His eyes caught her as she asked him why. He took a few steps towards her. The men still had their weapons trained on him, following him. He could feel the tension in the room. His left hand rose into the air, as it did the weapons began to crush one by one in their hands, "They'll be no use here...." He smirked at her, "You have it, don't you? Where is it? The Amulet....where is it?"

The guards would start dropping the crumpling weapons one by one, and some even started to run.

Ilanah blinked slowly as she looked and noticed all of that happening, before she turned her hazel gaze back to the man. "I.....I don't know what you're talking about....." She said as she took a step back towards the door, followed by another. An already bad situation was rapidly declining to a worse situation.

Kal smirked a little as the guards started to drop their useless weapons and run away. His attention was still tuned in on her. Deep inside, he knew that she had what he was looking for, even though she denied it. His head slowly shook as he stepped forwards towards her, "Your lying. Where is it? This is your last chance...hand it over..." He was calm at this point, but if she was to deny it yet again he would be getting pissed and could do something that he would enjoy and she would regret. His hand reached out as if he asked for it once more without verbally asking.

Ilanah shook her head as she watched him. She hadn't even noticed the security guards running. "I don't have it...." She was being honest. She didn't have it on her. The amulet he was looking for was in her office. Her gaze turned to one of the nearby crates for a moment as she looked at the broken items spilling out of it.

Finally she turned her gaze back to him and sighed before she turned and walked away from him back into the corridor that led to her office.

The woman told the Dark Lord that she didn't have it. He shook his head a little. He knew that she did, she just would tell him where it was. Just as he was about to pull his saber on her, she sighed and turned to the corridor. That was where she had first went and then came from when she came to investigate the noise. That had to have been where her office was, and hopefully where the amulet was. A small smirk formed across his face as he thought to himself, 'That a girl.' He followed her shortly after down the corridor, waiting to see where this would lead them to.

She left her office door open behind her and when he would arrive, she would be sitting on the edge of her desk. The box was open beside her and the amulet was not in it. No, it was in her hand as she examined it again. "You destroyed that entire collection, for this?" Ilanah shook her head and would look towards him. "All of that history....and....art....for this." She commented as she looked back to the amulet resting against her fingertips.

"Before you just kill me and take it. What does it do?" that was her real interest. Sith, Jedi, the Force. It was obvious what he was simply by what he had done so far.

He followed shortly behind her into the office. She was already in there, sitting on the edge of the desk. He saw the box sitting next to her, and then the amulet resting in her hand as she looked it over. His eyes focused in on that amulet. That was the one thing that would lead him to where he needed to be.

She asked him a few things. She wanted to know what it did. She had figured out that it had to have been special for someone such as him to have been looking for it. She didn't know, however, that he was the strongest out of all the Sith in the Galaxy. He took a step towards her, "That may just look like some little piece of jewelry, but to me that in your hand is a Sith Amulet. It had been lost for nearly a thousand years, and now it has been found again by its rightful owner. You cannot begin to fathom what it does, but simply....it will give me the power that I need to once and for all destroy those that oppose me." His hand reached out, "Now give it to me..."

"I know what it is. I want to know what it does....exactly...what it does." She said as she pulled herself to her feet and moved away from her desk and around it. The necklace part was laced around her lithe fingers, so that the amulet itself laid against her palm. Ilanah would stop not far from him and look up at him.

"since you're probably going to kill me anyway, what is the harm in telling me?" It was a genuine interest on her part, despite what he could have been thinking.

He couldn't believe that this woman was defying his requests for the Amulet. His jaw clenched a little before responding, "The Amulet allows a person who i strong in the Force to amplify their strength even further...as well as allow those certain people to read the ancient Sith language. That is why I want it...now..." He was surprised to see that this woman was not afraid of him or the possibility of death. His right hand moved, and put his saber back on his belt. He looked at her, "Give me the Amulet now..."

She would stop very close to him and look to the amulet again before she let it drop into his hand and she untangled the chain from her fingers. "Thank you." she murmured before she turned away to go back to her desk. Ilanah glanced over her shoulder for a moment before she turned her attention back to the now empty box on the top of her desk and she snapped it shut.
