Jead'en was born not into a wealthy family, but a middle class working family. His parents loved him dearly. They believed that education was his future. He was put into classes as a young boy and on up until his early teens. He lived his life as any young teenage boy would, chasing girls and dealing with hormones.

At the age of 14, a man came to their city, specifically to their home. He told the parents a lie about how he was here from a college on Coruscant wanting to take their son and further his education and knowledge. Little did they know, the man was the Sith Lord's Apprentice. He was told to get an apprentice of his own, and having felt the power that this boy radiated, Kal Thanatos knew that he would be the perfect Apprentice for him. He took the boy, taught him almost everything his Master before had taught him. It was before Thanatos took over the Sith Imperium, that the two of them were sent on a trip to Korriban. There, Jead'en disobeyed orders from his Master. His Master, wanting to teach him a lesson struck him and brought him to his hands and knees by use of the Force. The scars and color of his skin were from the effect of a direct bolt of lightning to his torso and face. It left scars from an electrical burn and killed off many of his skins cells. Now, Jead'en has learned that what his Master says is nothing to defy. He serves him with his entire loyalty, trusting his life to the ways of the Dark Side and to the Sith.
