Description: Developed as a GADF equivalent to the Yevethan T-Type. However, extensive changes were made to the vessel. Where the T-Type was a perfect sphere design, the Bonecrusher is an egg-shaped craft with the fat end serving as the engine block. To make up for this loss of space, a pair of curved wings were built into the sides of the ship. Each wing runs 2/3rds of the ship's total length and house both maneuvering thrusters and weapons. This allows for the ship to still carry 2 squadrons of fighters. The additional thrusters grants the craft maneuverability and speed. Unfortunately, by changing the dimensions and displacement of the hull, the shields don't work as efficient and this is a decrese in overall shield strength. However, it makes up for by being fast and powerful in battle.

Name: Pulse Cannon
Description: A weapon that was designed to rapidly fire concentrated bursts of plasma, generally used to take out groups of fast-moving targets. Militaries have never really taken to the weapon due to their destructive nature. The pulse cannon shot out small orbs of blue or purple light that inflicted extreme pain on its victim, quickly causing death if applied enough. However, Alliance scientists have recently developed an advanced magnetic coupling system that increases accuracy by no less than thirty percent. The power of the weapon is so great that a single battery is capable of draining a star destroyer’s shields in only a few salvos and then burns through the hull, causing decompression and rapid structural failure.
Additional Notes: However, the accuracy is insufficient for targeting ships that travel faster than 20 MGLT. Power consumption requires ships to be 1000 meters or over in order to carry them. Typically found on star destroyers and only in limited numbers. Firing rate: fire, recharge, recharge, fire. Limited to 5 ship classes.

Description: Basically a mine equipped with StealthX technology. They rely on passive sensors in order to find their targets, at least until they get in range. Then they go active and hurl themselves at their targets.

Description: An additional countermeasure for starfighters. A trio of small pods are stored in the aft storage compartment of fighter, or on the hull itself if there isn't a compartment. Each pod carries in it a transceiver that broadcasts an energy signature identifying it as the snubfighter that launched it, throwing missiles off pursuit. The pods can be deployed one at a time, or all at once depending on the situation.

Name: CL-3 Anti-Starfighter Cluster Bomb
Description: Developed by Freitech, the CL-3 antistarfighter cluster bomb was one of the more insidious and effective antistarfighter weapons employed by the Rebel Alliance and later the New Republic. These cluster bombs released a burst of shrapnel in the initial detonation, followed by a cloud of magnetized grenades, and were highly effective against the massed, unshielded starfighters employed by the Galactic Empire. These weapons were common on Mon Calamari cruisers, but could also be seen on Nebulon-B frigates and CR90 Corellian Corvettes. Each CL-3 consisted of preliminary charges, the main bomb, and a bomb thruster to propel the shrapnel and grenades, breakaway explosive dampeners, and the outer blister shell. One of a group of low-powered, unguided concussion missiles that would rapidly fire in the direction that the starship which carried them was pointing. If a ship changed course while firing the missiles, the missiles that had not been fired yet would change their direction also, instead of seeking out the previous target.
Additional Notes: Uses proximity detonation for damage. Doesn’t affect capital ships. 1 cluster bomb per fifty meters.

Description: Developed by the Galactic Alliance research division. It serves to add chaos and confusion to a battle. The nets are deployed via hollow missiles. The missiles release the nets close to the target and the nets expanded fully. The nets then attach to the shield and begin drawing on the shield's power. While it absorbs the shield's power, emitters along the outside of the net begin channeling the energy outward towards nearby vessels in the form of weapons fire. However, after the initial wave, the net gets burned off.
Additional Notes: Drains portion of shield and inflicts damage to another nearby vessel. Lasts 1 round.

Name: Energy Torpedo
Description: The energy torpedo was a variant of the normal plasma weapons. It was made of some fusion plasma which was shot into a magnetic bottle at the target. The magnetic field which contained the plasma could not hold it together more than a minute, but because of the speed (20% lightspeed) of the energy torpedo it could cover a huge distance in this time. The Galactic Alliance went to work on researching this technology when war became imminent. It has double the range of standard turbolasers & ion cannons and is capable of inflicting heavy damage. However due to line of sight it is unable to track its target, reducing itself to being unable to target ships that move faster than 25 MGLT.
Name: Advanced Mobile Defense Space Mine (Advanced Mine)
Description: Developed by Galactic Alliance scientists to make Alliance minefields far more dangerous. The mine features a new casing that is in the shape of an equilateral triangular prism approximately three meters long, wide, and deep. At each tip, there is a primitive rocket system that allows the mine to propel itself towards its target. The warhead is made of liquid baradium and collapsium, combined with the fact that the warhead is equipped with multiple shaped charges so that no matter which side of the mine strikes the target it'll cause maximum damage. It is also equipped with powerful repulsor units that allow it to move throughout the minefield by targeting nearby mines and tugging or pushing at them. The warhead is shaped in a sphere, creating room between the exterior and warhead casing. The extra space is used for the rocket fuel and sensors that allow the mine to detect friend from foe. This prevents accidents from occurring in battle. The sensors take up extremely little room due to the fact that most of the processing power is located on the planet that the mines were built to defend. They are connected through a powerful comm network that allows each mine to receive orders from the planetary command center. The mine is still capable of proximity detonating though, in order to compensate for fighter attacks. Each mine's destructive radius is approximately 50 meters, but is less destructive due to the energy being released in all directions. However, if someone manages to infiltrate the planet's defense headquarters, they would be able to deactivate these mines. The Alliance is able to manufacture these mines at a rate of 1000 per week.

Description: Developed as a significant advancement in Galactic Alliance weapons technology. They began by improving the tibanna gas available to them. They started with improving the purity of the gas by spin-sealing it while having electrons move through, vaporizing the impurities that weren’t destroyed the first time around. The gas was then stabilized by mixing it with neutrons. The potency of the gas was increased because of this. The gas was made more compact by doubling the rate that the gas was spin-sealed while doing it for the same amount of time. This increased compression gave the gas far greater range. The gas was spin-sealed continuously even while in storage aboard starships and station to keep it from degrading. The spin-sealing only ends when the gas is injected into the Xciter chamber. The continuous spin-sealing allows the weapon to have far greater range and punch without posing a significant drain on the ship's reactor. However, at normal range the weapon is more powerful due to the lack of time the tibanna has to breakdown.

Name: CM-12 Cluster Missile
Description: The CM-12 Cluster Missile is essentially a missile with several concussion missile warheads inside. Once deployed, the missile will carry the warheads to a certain point, where they are then released. The warheads then detonate via proximity sensors. The result is a series of explosions that are devastating to starfighters and even missiles. Unfortunately, the system is ineffective against capital ships.
Name: Fighter Launch Rack
Description: Developed as a rapid launch system for Galactic Alliance starfighters. The fighters are stored in a large rack organized by flights of four. Specialized bridges and ladders run across the racks in the storage compartment, allowing the pilots to get to their fighters rapidly and efficiently. When battle stations are sounded and the pilots are in their fighters, the racks move the fighters into the launch rail. The launch rail clamps to the rack and hurtles it-and the fighters-to the end of the hangar bay, where dedicated computers instruct the clamps holding the fighters in place to disengage, resulting in the flight being thrown out of the hangar at high velocities. The now empty rack is then moved back into the maintenance bay and the next rack launches. The fighters are regathered through the aft portion of the hangar. The fighters are maintained in the racks themselves so the hangars are simply reformatted, not enlarged.

Description: Developed as an advanced form of shielding technology that could compete with Syndicate weaponry. It utilizes a series of curving and intersecting shield pulses to form complex triangular formations that maintain local rigidity but also distribute stress across the entire surface of the shield that they form. As a result, the shield is extremely powerful and can take far more damage while using significantly less power. When the shield is impacted by an energy blast or a missile, the local shield area will light up, revealing a shield that appears faceted like a gemstone. Name Combat Mine Launch System Description Mines have been used in warfare for thousands of years. The Galactic Alliance has finally decided to start using them again. Massive storage racks inside of the ship's hull are connected to a mine dispenser. As the ship travels along, it launched mines in its wake. When it detects an enemy vessel, it homes in on its target and detonates. The system has two settings: single mine launching for going head to head with an enemy ship, or mass launch for setting traps.
Battle Effect Each launcher launches 1 standard space mine during standard battle (ex. firing against an enemy target w/ ANYTHING). Mass Launch setting releases 10 mines per launcher (can only be done when not engaged with an enemy capital ship). Ships can only carry one launcher per every 100 meters of length. System carries only 30 mines per launcher.

Name: Fusion Accelerator Cannon
Description: An older weapon platform initially used by the Rebel Alliance Nebulon-B Frigate Salvation. It proved extremely effective as it was able to down an Imperial Star Destroyer with a single volley. Unfortunately the Salvation was destroyed at the Battle of Kamino early on in the Galactic Civil War. However, scientists in the Galactic Alliance Defense Force managed to recover the remains of the weapon from the ocean floor and began to reengineer the system. While the weapon is no longer as powerful as the original model, it is still capable of obliterating small cruisers with one barrage.

Description: Developed as a new warship for the Galactic Alliance. It is intended to replace the older Mon Cal cruisers and the star destroyers in the fleet. It features a large blade-like structure in the front where the bulk of the ship’s weapons are. The blade allows it to wield a large amount of weapons, shield generators, and even hangar space. On top of the additional space, crew quarters are kept to a bare minimum. Even high ranking officers often have to share quarters with other officers. Only the captain has quarters to himself and it isn’t even very big. The bridge is a scalloped-shaped room of two-deck design. The lower deck features a large holoprojector in the center of the room with crew stations arrayed around it while the upper deck features a large viewport and a smaller holoprojector for the flag officer to use to get more detailed views of the battlefield. The majority of the weapons utilized by the warship are placed in blister pods on the outside of the hull, granting it extra space to put additional weapons. The remaining weapons are built into the superstructure. This allows the ship to bring massive amounts of firepower into a “cross of fire”. The hull consists of three layers of uranium fused together by molecular furnaces, granting it amazing speed and resilience against incoming fire. The battle cruiser is equipped with three sets of engines: primary, secondary, and auxiliary. The primary engines consist of a main block of sublight engines at the rear of the ship. The secondary engines consist of engine blocks arrayed around the edges of the ship, granting it increased maneuverability. The auxiliary engines are placed along the blade of the vessel, granting it even more maneuverability. The shields were developed by a combination of Mon Calamari & Givin scientists to produce a formidable warship. All these features merge together to become one of the deadliest warships in the Alliance arsenal.

Multiple overlapping generators along with a direct feed from the main reactors allow the ship the luxury of powerful shields capable of repelling fire from a pair of Imperial-class star destroyers. Unfortunately such strength comes at the cost of less powerful sublight engines. However, the overall design is capable of delivering a devastating blow to all who face it in battle.

Description: Developed by the Bothans in order to keep up with modern warships. The Bothan Assault Cruiser, while having proved itself during the Yuuzhan Vong invasion has since proven to be too vulnerable to modern weapons systems. The defense cruiser was developed to replace the ship entirely. Its weapons complement has been improved significantly however the biggest change lies in the shield generators. Multiple overlapping generators along with a direct feed from the main reactors allow the ship the luxury of powerful shields capable of repelling fire from a pair of Imperial-class star destroyers. Unfortunately such strength comes at the cost of less powerful sublight engines. However, the overall design is capable of delivering a devastating blow to all who face it in battle.

Description: The Republic Liberator-class missile frigate is a recent addition to the New Republic's arsenal. Its intended roles is that of a heavy assault vessel, designed to launch barrage upon barrage of concussion missiles into an enemy starship. A pair, in theory, could decimate something along the lines of a Victory-class Star Destroyer. Upon the liberation of Sullust from both Imperial forces and from the corporation that enslaved the world, SoroSuub, the New Republic was forced to question what it needed more. Warships or a reputation of not tolerating slavery. In a rather shocking move, the New Republic Senate voted to both seize all SoroSuub weapon and starship designs while in turn making sure that SoroSuub altered its ways and began making up for years of slavery over Sullust. The Liberator missile frigate was the only starship design that the New Republic deemed worthy of constructing in any numbers. Production began shortly after Sullust's liberation and by the time that the Imperial Civil War broke out in the Core and Colonies, the Liberator was well on its way to becoming one of the more common warships in the New Republic Fleet. Since the end of the Vong War, the Liberator Missile Frigate has proven itself a worthy force in the GADF.

Name: Metal-Crystal Phase Shifter (MCPS)
Description: An advanced weapon from the Maw Installation. Daala managed to recover the technology and implement it during the Second Galactic Civil War. The sole purpose of the project was to create a weapon that would be able to penetrate the shields of a starship and damage its hull; once encountering the area of the phase shifter's effect, the metal within the target's hull would be turned into powder and thus be weakened greatly during the attack. While the MCPS did not dramatically turn an entire ship's hull into powder, it did create many tiny cracks and weak spots throughout the hull, which was sufficient to make the vessel lose critical structural integrity and collapse on itself. The Galactic Alliance managed to recover the information about the technology after Daala was ousted from office and her personal assets siezed.
Additional Notes: Can only be placed on ships 500 meters+. Must replace a number of weapons. Can only replace one type, consisting of 20% of the total, 30% if a space station. I.E. if a ship has 50 turbolaser batteries, than the ship can carry up to 10 MCPS batteries.
