GA Planetary defense weapon:

Advanced Planetary Ion cannon:
This planetary Ion cannon has had more then its fair share of upgrades. its targeting sensors have been refined, the focusing gasses inside have been refined. This makes the ion cannon capable of hitting nearly any ship with pin point accuracy. This weapon also has had a power upgrade. More efficient power grid makes this weapon more powerful, giving extended range and effectiveness. This weapon can be placed on any GA world save Primitive ones. Limit of two per planet.

that is up to you. In the OOC area should be a sticky forum that has the Black Market stations you can use one of them as well.

Thank you matt for going with what they need and to their strength.

1: kick up the speed to 10. Which is still slow but its not meant to be fast.
2: kick up the squads to 21. Why, because the NR/GA fighter wing are in sets of 3 so that will give you 7 wings of fighters.
3. I think the quad cannons are a bit redundant when you have 50 laster cannons. I take those 10 quad cannons and put them into the turbolaser batteries making a total of 20. While still lightly armed it gives it enough to defend itself while waiting for fighter or fleet support.
4: just for clarification i would put the hyperdrive at x1 or i can say that it has a mark 3 hyperdrive and would arrive to late to help out in a battle.
5. Steve needs to approve because i dont know why you r and ded.

Me and Steve had discussed around the 8th of December about doing a R&D session for the Alliance, and since he never specified what I should work on I thought this was the correct place to pitch the carrier.

I'll make those mods, thanks Rob.
