Alright, question about R&D....

Do we get the 5 at the begining of every month? So we make our techs, and can use that in our plans for that month, or is it more, we get the points, RP out the R&D and at the end of the month, the tech is avalible?

We get them at the beginning of the month. Once approved, then we can use them.

Alright sounds fair.

I was thinking that starting Apirl First would be the best bet. Would start us at the Start of a Month, Allow all of us to start the same page, and Would still give us a few days to finish getting things settle and approved (such as my planetary defenses).

Would a Space Station be considered a Capitol Ship for R&D purposes? Or a New Tech, such as New planetary Weaponry?

On the old site it counted as a capital ship for R&D purposes. I say we stick with that.

Alright, so 2 points for a space station. 5 for a Ground to Space Planetary weapon, and how much for ground to ground weapons?
